HOW DO I GET THE WEST ACRES APP?  

You can download the West Acres church app the same way you do other apps: on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store!

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO USE THE APP?

Many features are available without an account. However, to give online or register for events, you will need to setup an account.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PHOTO?

​Touch the top left corner image, tap the pencil icon, and select "Edit Profile Photo." Be sure to leave a little space in the photo above the head (square or horizontal photos work best).

WHO CAN SEE MY PHOTO AND CONTACT INFO IN THE CHURCH DIRECTORY?

Only people who are active church members of West Acres (who have an account and proper credentials) are able to view the church directory. Concerned about what info people can see? Please refer to the next question!

WHERE ARE MY PRIVACY SETTINGS?

​Touch the three horizontal line icon in the top right corner, tap "Directory Search," and touch the three vertical dots icon in the top right corner. From there, adjust the information you want to allow other church members to see (slide right for yes, slide left for no).

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE ISSUES WITH THE APP?
